We handle the entire workflow in-house: structural design and analysis, workshop fabrication to precise tolerances, surface treatment (galvanising, priming, or painting), and on-site erection by trained steel crews. Our work is suited to warehouses, factories, workshops, godowns, carports, canopies, mezzanine floors, and any structure where a robust, long-span steel frame is the right answer. We coordinate with your architect and engineer, or provide the full design ourselves, and we deliver on programme with NCA-compliant quality and safety standards.

What kind of steel structures do you fabricate?
We fabricate and erect roof trusses, portal frames, purlins, columns, beams, bracing, mezzanine floors, and full structural steel frames for warehouses, workshops, factories, godowns, canopies, and carports.
Do you handle both fabrication and installation?
Yes. Everything is done under one roof — structural design, workshop fabrication, surface treatment, delivery, and on-site erection — so you deal with a single contractor from start to handover.
Can you install the roof sheeting as well?
Absolutely. We install IT4, IT5, box profile, and other sheet profiles over our steel frames, along with all ridges, flashings, gutters, and downpipes for a fully watertight roof.
What surface treatment options do you offer?
We offer hot-dip galvanising, epoxy priming, red oxide primer, and finish painting depending on the exposure and specification. For coastal or humid sites we recommend galvanising for maximum corrosion resistance.
Can you work from our engineer's drawings?
Yes. We routinely fabricate from client-supplied structural drawings. If you don't have drawings yet, our in-house engineers can produce the design and analysis for you.
What spans can mild steel frames achieve?
Portal frames and trusses can span 40 metres or more with no intermediate columns, making mild steel ideal for warehouses, factories, and large agricultural or industrial buildings.
